If you think that just naming your site with a keyword rich name is going to do the trick, then just keep looking for that magic bullet. Google is always looking for rich content, relevant content, and real content. More people would be more successful if they focused on delivering on those things that their target market or customer want. A keyword rich URL will help, but it will not do all the heavy lifting for you.

I’m not getting anything out of it. I can’t even “stumble”- if I do I cant get out of their site and I can’t vote up or down-nothing. Pretty worthless. There should be a step-by-step process to make sure you know what your doing.

I read on another blog about using StumbleUpon traffic, and I was googling some experiences (that is how I came across this post).

I appreciate you breaking down how it worked. I am sure the vistors may behave differently depending on the site, and I will definitely try it. $0.05 per click isn’t all that bad really.

You are such a gibbon. I wonder if you still think this? Here’s a wake-up call for you – there are incorrect facts in every encyclopedia and every newspaper that ever existed. The difference is that Wikipedia generally tries to provide references and warn users where no reference exists. At least it’s honest about it’s deficiencies.

Teachers need to take the opportunity to teach kids to be sceptical about *every* source – not just Wikipedia. Sometimes the information you get is right, sometimes it contains mistakes and sometimes it’s deliberate lies through and through. Welcome to the world.

Of course that doesn’t mean Wikipedia isn’t an incredibly useful tool for communicating, and it doesn’t mean Google should treat it any differently than it treats all websites – fairly. The only people that whinge about it are those that want to blindly accept everything they read.
