SEO class in Houston

A friend of mine in Houston told me about some guy named Jay Mock. He is an SEO here in houston that teaches a class at university of Houston. I was impressed this guy teaches a very good white hat primer. The first article I found was called Best Of The Web! Authority sites and Necessary Content. He also has a blog. If you really want to investigate what this guy has to say you can look through the pages he has in Google.
