Google Reader and Gmail having problems
UPDATE: It seems to be fixed now. I wonder if we will ever know what happened?
As of right now Google reader and Gmail seem to be having some problems. Gmail seems completely down. Google reader is up but keeps erroring out. I can’t even get gmail to work on my Google home page. I get “Information is temporarily unavailable.” When I try to log into gmail directly I get a red “loading” box at the top right. Sometimes I get a pop up telling me to try again in a few seconds.
Is Google being attacked?

I’ve been getting the following error message for at least a half hour now any time I try access gmail, at all:

Wow — it really looks system-wide and it is a significant interruption when I’ve come to rely on my IM in gmail for critical communication…
Yes, I was typing an email and hit the “Check Spelling ” link. It just hung. I tried to start over and now I can’t get in.
I checked google’s blogsearch to see if anyone was blogging about this and found you.
Hmm, server error. Hope this means new features when it comes back on line. Can’t complain too much. love me some gmail
I haven’t experienced this one much lately but I have had some “freezing”, “choking” or “burp” notes from Gmail.
As one of my most important accounts, Gmail’s recent problems highlighted some of the strains of having to rely on free stuff from a giant who sometimes feel the heavy load.
I have been experiencing very slow loading of Gmail, server down errors, glitches in what remains in drafts vs. sent mail for the last 5 days or so. Does anyone else see these issues?
Yeah, Gmail and Blogger have been giving me issues off and on for the past few weeks or so. Gmail went down yesterday evening and is still not working this morning. Wish I knew what was going on because this really irritates me.
I hate gmail. Fix my damn gmail account ****ers.
Google seems to be having moments over the past few days, Dec 13 – Dec 18, 2007
I have encountered problems on sendind messages for the past few days.
Everytime I was about to send message, when I click on SEND: A window indicates that a server was having a problem: error # 102 and we are not able to send your email.
Please I need your HELP.

Monday Morning June 16,2008… and problems continue… now I cant even get to open up the home page of gmail, forget getting into my mail box… but for some reason, the gmail java based fat client on my sony ericsson seems to be working atleast.. this aint good… ! would someone know as to what is the problem ?

Gmail won’t even OPEN in my internet browser for me!
When I type “gmail.com” into the address bar, or click on my bookmarked page for gmail, it stays on the page I was previously on, loading absolutely nothing. Yet all of my friends with gmail can use it, A-OK!
What’s with gmail. I couldn’t access my computer last night for hours. This happens at least once a week. I am getting really irritated. Is anyone else pissed. I have the same problem as Leah. I checked the router, everything was working but I even reset the router just to be sure. Still nothing. This morning when I woke up, it was working. WTF??? Who can you contact when this happens. Does anyone know
