Google releases U.S. government search site

I just read over at infoworld that Google has released a U.S. government search site. The first problem I see is that the default for the enter key is normal google search. That is very annoying. I don’t like to use the mouse if I don’t have to.

It seems kinda nice to be able to just search government sites. This could be used to help finding good sites to link to you. At first I thought it just searched .gov .mil .us sites but after looking around I saw www.usps.com, nadc.nol.org, www.usma.edu, and www.myflorida.com.
